Technical support for Just Trains products
Download unlock/activation codes: You can access your downloads, and any activation/unlock codes from your account. If you don't have an account yet, we'll automatically set one up when you place your first order.
General download queries: If you have any other queries relating to your download, see our Support section for further assistance.
The best way to place an order is via our website, where we accept a wide range of payment methods and instantly provide you with an order number and confirmation of your order details by email. You don't even need to register for an account before buying from us, simply place your order via our simple to use checkout and we'll automatically create your account as soon as you place the order. If you've purchased from us online before you'll be able to login and use any Just Rewards points that you may have gained from previous orders.

Orders by post
Please state clearly which items you wish to order and enclose your Visa/Mastercard credit card number, expiry date, security number (that’s the last three digits in the signature box on the back) and/or the issue number or ‘valid from’ date if one is shown on your card. Or you can enclose a cheque (£ UK Pound Sterling only) payable to Mastertronic Group Ltd. Don’t forget to include your home address and a daytime telephone number, just in case there is a query!
